Crystal Geyser Pleads Guilty To Dumping Arsenic Into California’s Ecosystem For 15 Years

Crystal Geyser pled guilty to two felonies of dumping arsenic-contaminated wastewater into “Arsenic Pond.” They have been ordered to pay a $5 million criminal fine.

A press release stated, “more than 23,000 gallons of wastewater from the ‘Arsenic Pond’ was discharged into a sewer without appropriate treatment.”
