At the age of 29, Hayley Dubin found herself married with a young child, trying to conceive again, and grappling with the pressures of a demanding job. One fateful day, excruciating pain in her side led her to the emergency room, where she received a devastating diagnosis of stage 3 ovarian cancer that had also spread to her appendix and colon. Upon completing conventional cancer treatments, she resolved not to leave her health to chance and took proactive steps to transform her life, with a primary focus on her diet. Today, as an over 18-year cancer survivor, she shares with James the holistic approaches she’s embraced to lead her best and healthiest life, free from the specter of cancer. Hayley now hosts “The Cancer Liberation Project Podcast,” where she engages with health experts, thought leaders, authors, and fellow survivors who have dedicated their lives to helping others.
